I am considering remarriage. I am a widow & receive widows SS benefits. I also work full time, own my own home(mortgage on it) vehicle(no lien) savings. I just found out my fiancee(age 64) has not paid income taxes since the 1970's(Tea Party does not believe in paying) the IRS has seized his SS benefit. He has no savings & little income(electrician works for himself). Says he plans on filing a lawsuit against the IRS for his SS. How would this situation affect me if we were to marry? He can also take his union retirement anytime, would the IRS sieze this also? Can they lien any of my SS benefits and/or put lien on my house if we were to marry? I feel they could, he says no that if we did a prenuptial agreement, would be fine. I disagree, the IRS could care less about it. I am not going to marry him regardless but would like to be better informed. Thank you

we sold a timeshare (Sedona) about 2 yrs. ago, now we find the company we sold it to was a fraud. now a different company claims they are now owners and want papers filled out,we paid the first company $3,988,00 to get rid of the timeshare, it was needed by a child who had some kind of trust. We were told the FBI was looking into it, never head anymore until we have to fill these papers. Please help us we don't have money for an atty. Thank you

Can I collect a special daily fee on the eviction notice that is not on the lease agreement? How is the tenant served the complaint? Is the landlord responsible for that?

I received a irreparable breach. ARS33-1368 It was based on a untrue with witnesses to the fact that on my apartments behalf the situation hadn't arrived there nor did anyone in the apartment was aware of what took place on the premises until the landlord brought it to my attention. Filed for divorce in NM a year and a half ago, moved to AZ in January of this year, have custody of my 2 children. Father still lives in NM rarely calls or writes kids and hasn't visited once. Paperwork in NM was not fully filed for visitation or custodial but divorce was finalized. How do I gain full custody in AZ now that we live here and have established our lives.

My question is I suffer from depression. Just got married can my mom or family member commit me voluntary and sign papers or does my new husband can only do that.
